English Gilt and Peach Porcelain Partial Dinner Service, early 19th century, comprising twenty-eight plates, approx. dia. 10 1/8; ten plates, approx. dia. 9 5/8; seventeen bowls, dia. 10 3/8; two-handled covered and footed tureen, lg. handle to handle 15; three covered tureens, approx. lg. 12 1/2; two covered sauce boats with undertrays; an oval serving bowl, lg. 12 1/2; and six oval serving platters, lg. 11 1/8 to 21; together with two Barr, Flight & Barr Worcester vases depicting rural scenes near Lymington, ht. 6 1/4 in. Plates and bowls with scattered chips to rims. Set of smaller plates (9 5/8) has factory marks to underside. Two-handled tureen with matrix of hairline cracks to bottom and one side. One covered tureen with large chip to foot (only visible when picked up). One with small chips to underside of crenelated rim. One sauceboat with hairline crack to cover, chip to rim, and small chips to crenelated rim of undertray. The other with small chip to rim of cover. Serving bowl with hairline crack to one side. 11 1/8 in. serving platter with large chip to rim and several hairline cracks. 2 12 in. serving platters, one with hairline crack. 17 1/4 in. platter with one hairline crack. 21 in. platter with chip to rim and matrix of large hairline cracks. One vase with extensive series of hairline cracks around body. All with rubbing and usage wear to gilt and enamel and crazing.
