Frank Weston Benson (American, 1862-1951) Over Sunk Marsh, 1920, published state, edition of 150 (Paff, 188). Signed "FrankWBenson." in pencil l.l. Drypoint on paper, plate size 6 x 7 7/8 in., framed. Condition: Foxing, subtle rippling, not examined out of frame. Provenance: Descended within the family of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Morse of Boston. Out of the frame the sheet measures 10 1/2 x 14 3/8 in., and all but the left edge are deckled. There is foxing primarily to the margins on the upper half of the sheet.
