Russian Silver Tower-form Besamim Box Spice Container, pointed turret with a pennant, rectangular body with filigree panels to three sides and solid door to front, body topped by four pennants, and suspending four small bells, on trumpet base, ht. 10 1/4 in., approx. 5.65 troy oz. hallmarks on foot and inside door don't match up (foot marked in 18th century manner, door marked with date 1875). repair at join of spire to orb at top of turret. one panel of filigree with some small breaks; some visible soldering at filigree, likely in the make rather than repairs. possibly small footrim repair; wear and light dings to footrim.
