Fenn stenciled and painted glass depicting a Federal eagle and marked E. Pluribus Unum , printed maker's label stating in part Improved Time Pieces by Hiram Welton, Made and Sold at Terrysville, Plymouth Con. , thirty-hour time and alarm wooden movement with pendulum and two cast iron weights, ht. 24 in. An outstanding example with original painted surface, glass, dial and all components.
