Roman numeral dial signed by the retailer, Maspoll Montl & Co., Sandwich , set in a mahogany case with applied mounts, free-standing columns and paw feet, the brass back door opens to reveal a thirty-hour, brass, verge escapement fusee movement with pierced balance cock and signed J. Inman, London, AD 1822 , ht. 12 1/2 in. Dial chps and hairlines, movement in cleaned condition.
