Chinese Export Porcelain Partial Tea and Coffee Service, late 18/early 19th century, each with gilt-starred oval reserve with gilt "HD" monogram, with gilt-starred rim borders, comprising a lighthouse-form coffeepot, drum-form teapot, two helmet-form creamers, covered sugar bowl, a tea caddy, two shallow bowls, a small plate, small deep bowl, four large and three small tea bowls, and five saucers, (imperfections), ht. to 9 3/4, dia. 3 1/2-7 3/4 in. All items with some gilt losses; lighthouse-form coffeepot-small glaze loss on cover; drum-form tea pot- small spout tip chip, handle broken but retained inside, some glaze losses on oval reserves, but appears to be in the making; two helmet-form creamers- both handles repaired; covered sugar bowl- cover repaired. small rim chip on cover, bowl good, teacaddy- large 1 x 1/ in loss on mouth; two shallow bowls- both with cracks, one with small rim loss; small plate-good; small deep bowl- three rim lines and two small rim chips; four large teabowls- two good one with rim line, one with repaired crack; three small tea bowls- all with rim lines one with lg. repair; five saucers- good, minor glaze wear.
