Samuel V. Chamberlain (American, 1895-1975) Lot of Three Different States of Slums of Rouen, first state i/ii, third state 3/17, and fourth state 11/18 (Chamberlain & Kingsland, 102). Each signed "Samuel Chamberlain" in pencil l.r., and state in pencil l.l. Etchings on paper, plate sizes 9 1/2 x 6 3/4 in. (24.0 x 17.0 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins over 1 inch with most edges deckled, several fox marks and staining to edges of sheets. Provenance: Through the family of the artist.
