Robert P. Gordy (American, 1933-1986) Color-Form Study Signed and dated "R. Gordy '68" l.r., titled l.l. Color marker on paper, sight size 21 1/2 x 16 1/2 in. (54.6 x 41.9 cm), framed. Condition: Minor toning. Provenance: Purchased from Galerie Simonne Stern, New Orleans, Louisiana, May 1968, to a private Massachusetts collection. The colors may be subtly toned or faded. There is cockling to the sheet primarily near the upper edge. Although it has not been removed from its frame, there are no other visible condition issues to report.
