Henry Lamb (British, 1883-1960) Peasant Women with Sickles Stamped "Lamb" within an oval l. r., inscribed "No 5" in pencil u.r. Watercolor and pencil on paper, sheet size 10 1/2 x 8 1/8 in. (26.5 x 20.7 cm), framed. Condition: Subtle rippling. Pencil lines along the left and top edges of the paper as if to indicate crop or matting margins. Hinged to backing board in two places along the left edge, deckled right and bottom edges.
