Frank Short (British, 1857-1945) Hobb's Hawth, 1923. Signed "FrankShort" in pencil l.r., monogrammed, titled, and dated within the plate. Etching with drypoint on paper, plate size 9 7/8 x 13 7/8 in. (25.0 x 35.2 cm), framed. Condition: Not examined out of frame. Out of the frame the sheet is a laid paper with "O.W.P. & A.C.L." watermarks and measures 15 x 20 3/4 inches with deckled edges. There are minor nicks and creases to the edges of the sheet. There in unobtrusive staining to the verso.
