20th century. Large table lamp composed of spelter metal. Lamp depicting a musician playing the flute or another woodwind (instrument absent). Figure presumably the Pied Piper (mouse at edge of base) depicted a full length and wearing minstrel costume with feathered cap. Male musician standing on a large circular base with scrolled foliate decoration. Twisted shaft behind figure leads to tapered form with ornately decoration of Bacchanalian putti figures with grapes and facial masks below two electrified lamps. Unsigned. Overall height 44".
