Two Silver Card Salvers, one possibly Rio, Brazil, late 18th century, with engine turned banding, raised on three wing-topped paw feet, dia. 6 7/8, the other Oporto, Portugal, early 19th century, stamped with trefoil band, with pierced ivy leaf gallery, raised on scroll feet, dia. 6 3/8 in., approx. 14.3 troy oz. the possible Brazilian with crowned R Mark. rim bends, areas of green corrosion. Portuguese: slight rim bends, age wear, engraved to underside with presentation inscription dated 1926.
