Two Silver Tower-form Besamim Box Spice Containers, likely German, late 19th century, both with tapered turrets, and filigree rectangular bodies, on tapered stems, and trumpet feet, ht. 6 1/4 and 7 7/8 in., approx. 4.6 troy oz. total. both missing small pennants from top of bodies, and the pennant poles removed/broken off. the short example lacking pennant from turret, and small spots of solder repair at join of stem to foot. taller example with small break to reticulation at one panel. both with some overall age wear.
