Ivory-inlaid Tortoiseshell Double Tea Caddy, England, c. 1810, rectangular shape with column supports to each corner, the pagoda top inlaid with silver ribbing and lozenge, the front with birds and foliage in ivory, the hinged top revealing two shell covered compartments, lg. 8 1/8, dp. 5 5/8, ht. 6 1/2 in. No evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
