Ivory-inlaid Tortoiseshell Necessaire, England, 19th century, pagoda top to a rectangular shape with gilt-metal framed landscape to the cover, the interior fitted with sewing implements, inkwell and sander, knife, ht. 3 1/8, dp. 4 3/4, lg. 6 1/2 in. In very good condition with no evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
