Continental Silver Tower-form Besamim Box Spice Container, Polish/Austro-Hungarian, mid 19th century, conical turret topped by pennant milled with scrolls, with octagonal body engraved with chevrons, on flaring stem centered by a demilune knop, tiered, domed foot, ht. 8 1/2 in., approx. 2.7 troy oz. turret compressed onto body very slightly. knop with touched-up crease/dent. light dings to footrim. overall age wear and surface wear.
