Jefferson Newbold of Boston, his reply concerning correspondence with Mussolini stating "If I were to give you a letter directly to Mussolini the State Department in Washington would shoot me on the spot, for under the Constitution I cannot correspond with foreign potentates," with envelope, (very good).
