Grant, Ulysses S. (1822-1885), Autograph letter signed, one page, May 19th, 1868, as General of the Army of the United States, to A.G. Browne, thanking him for the gift of a book on Governor Albion Andrew and thanking him for the dedication of the book to him, and mounted with three cabinet of Grant as West Point Cadet, General and President, (letter cut in half and tipt to the lower edges of the three mounted photographs).
