(Broadside, American Colonial, Horse), Broadside advertising the stallion "Sir Charles," printed with decoration of a jockey leading a horse within rectangular border, over sixteen lines of text headed "By the Request of a member of Gentlemen in the Vicinity of Boston, that Valuable and Beautiful Stalion [ sic ], SIR CHARLES, will stand at the Stable of Joseph Whipple, Innholder, in Little Cambridge, from the 12th to the 25th Inst. and from thence to the Stable of the Subscriber, in Mendon," owner's name printed at l.r. George Aldrich, sheet size approx. 9 1/2 x 7 1/2 in., unframed, (heavy edge chipping, with small loss to u.r. corner, and large loss to l.l. corner, folding, with separation and a small hole [1/8 in.], soiled and spotted).
