Colin Ross Parker (Australian, b. 1941) Fencers Camp . Signed "Colin Parker" l.l., titled, signed, and dated "...1973" on the reverse. Oil on panel, 18 x 24 in., framed. Condition: Mild surface grime. N.B. The painting is accompanied by a letter from the original owner, William C. Campbell, stating that the painting was presented to him in 1973 by the employees of Merck & Co. Inc., on the occasion of his return to the United States after assignment in Australia, and remained in his possession until 2010.
