Meissen Pastoral Porcelain Figural Group of Children, Saxony, late 19th century, the figures standing and seated on a rocky outcropping, with a girl collecting flowers in her apron and leaning against a column, while the remaining children tend to animals, on circular molded base, with blue crossed swords mark, incised "G 13," and impressed "51," ht. 7 in. Central figure with breaks and loss to applied flowers. Sheep to her left with loss to front feet and right ear. Dog at front bottom with loss to both ears and right hind leg, Boy at right with repaired break to left hand and lacking item in right hand. Crude repairs to neck where head broke off and left forearm. Sheep on his lap with loss to right ear. Girl on reverse lacking right arm from shoulder and lacking element in left hand. Large repaired break to base running beneath standing boy at left and his sheep.
