Italian Micromosaic Tabletop, the round tabletop finely inlaid with central roundel depicting St. Peter's square, encircled by six roundels of various scenes of Rome including the Colosseum and the Forum, all within rouge marble band and border of sections of specimen stone, dia. 20 3/4 in. Small area of lifting to specimen border (five specimens total). One small ship to background area above central roundel. And loss to one micromosaic chip in central roundel. Water marks to surface. There is a natural white vein running through the body.
