Dutch Silver Kettle and Stand, 1859-93, . 833 silver or less, kettle with wood handle and cover with turned finial, body with registers of impressed fluting, stand with pierced and impressed decoration on three scrolled feet, impressed assay, local tax, and maker's marks to kettle and stand, total ht. 9 3/4 in., approx. 23 troy oz. Cover is slightly pushed down on one side so that finial is a little off kilter. Cover does not fit tightly. Solder marks around base of spout. Scattered minor metal fatigue to piercework. One foot bent. General usage wear.
