Sterling Silver Tea and Coffee Service with Tray, London, 1856, Robert Hennell II, maker, a tall coffeepot, a squat teapot, a creamer with gold-washed interior and open sugar with a gold-washed interior; all decorated with abstract motifs done in low relief with monogram "RMMCE"; together with a matching silver-plated kettle on stand with burner made by Elkington & Co., an associated unmarked tea strainer, and a sterling silver tray made by Thomas Bradbury & Sons in 1918; approx. 208 troy oz. total weighable silver. Tray with surface abrasions consistent with usage to top. Coffee pot with scattered pinprick dents to lower body and two larger indentations under monogram, ivory heat stop with losses to surface and related handle movement. Teapot with loose handle. Sugar with surface abrasions to gold-washed interior. Creamer with shallow dent below monogram.
