Sterling Silver Curling Trophy, Edinburgh, 19th century, possible maker's mark for Hamilton & Inches, hinged circular form a chased band to the center and stylized curling handle finial that opens to reveal gold-washed interior top with glass container for inkwell, raised on crossed broomsticks with four feet, ht. 3 in., approx. 6.55 troy oz. Small indentation to finial, overall in good condition.
