Brevete Bru Bebe, France, c. 1880, blue lined paperweight eyes, closed mouth, no marks visible, new wig over cork pate, on classic Brevete gusseted kid body with square-cut kid at shoulder plate, bisque hands, white lawn dress, ht. 18 in. Doll's head has several cracks which have been carefully overpainted, not involving features, some black spots in bisque at chin and mouth area, two fingers broken off right hand.
