Martin & Company, Nazareth, 1900, Style 2-42, stamped 8762 at the peghead top and at upper block, stamped CF MARTIN & CO, NAZARETH PA at the upper block and center strip,dated 1900 on interior top, the spruce top bound in ivory and mother-of-pearl, the soundhole rings of ebony, ivory and mother-of-pearl, the ivory bridge, the ivory endpin, the ivory endpin hole inlay, the rosewood back and sides, the ebony fretboard with snowflake-pattern inlay, the nickel silver tuning machines with mother-of-pearl keys, width of lower bout 12 in, with later case. Repaired center seam separation beneath bridge, bridge secured with screws, one replaced bridge pin, hairline fracture, lower treble bout. Original tuning machines. No neck reset. Original bridge with later screws. Guitar is playable.
