Provenance: Purchased from Masters Gallery, Greenwood Village, Colorado, Spring 1999. N.B. We wish to thank Maéva Sablé of Blanchet & Associes, Paris, for kindly confirming the authenticity of the lot. Very minor canvas deformation to l.r. corner, suggesting the work would benefit from slight re-keying.
