Liss Eriksson (Swedish, 1919-2000) Duo , c. 1993 Signed and numbered "Liss Eriksson E.A. II/II" within the cast on base, foundry stamped "E. GODARD CIRE PERDUE" on the base. Bronze with light brown patina, 14 3/4 x 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 in. (37.5 x 8.3 x 8.3 cm). Condition: Good. Provenance: Purchased from the family of the artist. N.B. The present work relates to a large-scale sculpture created in 1993 of the same title in Hällefors, Västmanland, Sweden. A copy of an exhibition catalogue for Liss Erickson, February 23 to March 13, 1985, Konstnarhuset, Stockholm, accompanies the lot.
