(49.5 x 35.3 cm), framed. Condition: Hinged in two places along top edge. N.B. Although the specific location of the lighthouse is not indicated on the watercolor, the building's distinctive color and placement suggest that it may be Nauset Beach Light in Eastham, Massachusetts.
