John Whorf (American, 1903-1959) The Vessel Northern Sword Signed "John Whorf" l. r. Watercolor on paper mounted to paperboard, 22 1/4 x 30 3/4 in. (56.5 x 78.2 cm), framed. Condition: Paperboard support lightly mounted to foamcore backing. Window mat is glued with rubber cement or similar to backing, but the face of the work is not affected. Back of the work (the paperboard support) is lightly stuck with rubber cement or similar to the foam core backing.
