Karl Schrag (American, 1912-1995) Sea Breeze in the Woods Signed "Karl Schrag" l. r., identified on a label from Kraushaar Galleries, New York, affixed to the backing. Gouache on paperboard, sight size 25 1/2 x 37 1/2 in. (64.8 x 95.3 cm), framed. Condition: Not examined out of frame. On 5-ply paperboard, small abrasion to board in the "g" of "Schrag" measuring approx. 1/2 in. length; minor creases to u.r. and l.l. corners; several fox marks to u.r. and u.l. quadrants, with the largest approx. 1/4 x 1/4 in. to u.l. quadrant; no additional condition issues to report.
