Georges Rouault (French, 1871-1958) Autoportrait, 1926, edition of 100 (Wofsy, 17). Numbered and signed "14/100 G. Rouault" in pencil l.r., initialed and dated within the plate. Lithograph on paper, image size 9 x 6 3/4 in. (22.7 x 17.0 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins 1/2 inch or more, subtle toning. N.B. Sold for the benefit of the collections of the Smith College Museum of Art. The sheet measures 10 3/8 x 8 1/4 inches, and has Japanese hinges near the upper corners. The edges have minor creases.
