Ansonia "General" Regulator, Ansonia Clock Company, Brooklyn, New York, c. 1895, mahoganized ash case with pressed and carved decoration, wooden bezel over the 18-in. painted zinc dial with Roman numerals, glazed lower door and pedestal, eight-day time only movement with pendulum and two brass cased weights, ht. 68 in. No significant condition issues, dial is undisturbed with minor losses at screw attachment locations, original hands, weights and pendulum rod and bob, original "rubbed-out" finish, original beat scale inscribed with maker's name.
