Boston , painted glass tablet on lower door, eight-day time-only movement stamped E. Howard & Co, Boston and 70 , with pendulum and iron weight, ht. 31 in. dial is undisturbed including signature, small water stains evident, lower glass is repainted, weight stamped "70", case refinished.
