Onyx, Bronze, and Ormolu Statuary Clock, Raingo Freres, Paris, the fluted case with applied gilt brass scrolls, shells and floral decoration, 4-in. dia. enameled dial with blue Roman numerals and marked Raingo Freres, a Paris and gilt pierced brass hands, eight-day time and strike movement stamped Raingo Freres Paris and 4547 with pendulum, classical bronze statue at the top depicting two muses, one with tambourine in outstretched hand, the other leading a young faun, all on an associated variegated pink marble column pedestal, ht. on pedestal 72, ht. clock, 33 in. Gilding in good condition, age appropriate surface, no damage or loss to ormolu. Statue has date of 1814 impressed at base edge.
