Brownfield Majolica Vase, England, c. 1871-76, modeled as two rambunctious kittens playing on an urn-form turquoise vase, with a carpet beneath, on an oval base, impressed "BROWNFIELD," registry, and other marks, ht. 10 1/4 in. Repairs and inpainting to both kittens' ears. Several slight nicks to feet.
