George Jones Majolica Centerpiece, England, c. 1865-77, modeled as a cherub holding a shell-form bowl and riding a dolphin positioned in the center of an open shell with two further shell-form dishes below, all on two coral and wave feet, with impressed maker's and copyright mark, pad mark, ht. 15 1/4 in. Restored chips to three shells. Surface staining to both large turquoise shells.
