Pair of Sevres Porcelain Vases, France, late 19th century, elongated baluster-form with flared foot and rim, on gilt base, with gilt mounted handles, with painted landscape to one side and a couple and Cupid to the other within gilt cartouches, signed "H. Poitevin," blue interlaced L's mark to covers and base, ht. 26 in. One with flaking to inpainted repair on neck and neck interior re-painted. Both with re-solding and re-gilding to handles. Scattered minor glaze flakes and loss to enamel and gilt.
