Alfred Grevin (1827-1892) and Friedrich Beer (1846-1912) Pair of Women Dressed as a Hen and a Rooster , the hen with a basket of eggs and the rooster with a riding crop, each with dark brown and copper-colored patina, on circular bases incised " A. Grevin et Beer" and "E. TASSEL fondeur Ed^n ," ht. to 13 in. Each with areas of polish and loss to patina, particularly along edges. Rooster with small dent to abdomen.
