Four Enamel on Copper Portrait Miniatures of Ladies, France, 19th century, all in elaborate dress, two oval with dark backgrounds, each depicting a woman in a plumed hat, one in profile, both indistinctly signed; one circular with guilloche background and signed "Volney"; the fourth oval with guilloche background and woman wearing a turban, signed "Roehat"; all in gilt-bronze frames, plaque ht. to 3 7/8 in. Not examined out of frames. Circular one with two parallel abrasions to cheek.
