Chinese, 20th century, possibly earlier. Tall porcelain table vase with gilt accented rim above flared neck flanked with applied and pierced gilt handles. Exterior of vase with figural scene with woman carrying items on pole over shoulder under black character marks in cartouche surrounded by flowers and figure at top with jar of red butterflies of bats. Opposite side with still life scene with pink peony in vase, black character marks on side with red seal mark. Height 22.75", daimeter of top 8.1".
