Rare Molded Sheet Copper and Cast Iron "Lexington" Standing Horse Weathervane, America, late 19th century, flattened full-body figure with cast iron head, copper ears, and embossed sheet copper tail, mellow shaded verdigris surface, mounted on a copper rod, including black metal stand, (minor bullet dents), overall ht. 27 1/4, lg. 36 1/2 in. Provenance: Jon & Carla Magoun Antiques, South Paris, Maine. Jon found this at the estate sale of Anna Williams, Bingham, Maine.
