Armand Francois Joseph Henrion (Belgian, 1875-1958) Three Clown Portraits: Smiling, Surprised , and Smoking Signed "ARM. HENRION" l.l., l.r., and l.l., respectively, each with labels from Edouard Hautecoeur, Editeur d'Art, Paris, on the reverse. Oil on panel, sizes 7 x 5 1/2 in. (17.8 x 14.0 cm), framed. Condition: Minor surface grime. Smiling (blue cap) with 1/16 inch diameter paint loss in shadow beneath the nose. Smoking (purple cap) with more concentrated grime along the top edge center. No additional condition issues to report.
