Gouache and crayon on paper, sight size 18 x 14 3/4 in. (45.7 x 37.5 cm), in a period frame. Condition: Fine craquelure, not examined out of frame. Inscribed and titled "Artist: Margaret Patterson/Title: The Yellow House, Spain/ Doll + Richards/ Boston" on a label affixed to the cardboard backing; laid onto paperboard, two restored tears to l.l. edge with the longest measuring approx. 1 1/4 in. length; tack hole to l.l. corner, fine and stable craquelure to gouache throughout, paperboard taped to window mat; no additional condition issues to report; overall frame dimensions 28 3/4 x 25 1/2 in.
