Nine Letter Openers, 20th century, a bronze dagger-form, lg. 11 5/8; six with animal terminals: one carved wood with a boar's head, lg. 8 3/8; another iron with a coiled snake, lg. 8 1/8; the third bronze with a panther head and feather, lg. 10 1/4; another bronze with an bull's head marked to one side "Libby's Cuts" and "Libby, McNeill & Libby/Chicago" to the reverse, lg. 8; the fifth bronze hoof letter opener, lg. 7 1/8; and the sixth bronze cast with two elephants to the terminal incised "Titze," lg. 11 1/2; two bronze letter opener with figural terminals: a knight with a winged helmet and monogrammed shield, lg. 11 1/4, and the other with a gentleman's bust with a top hat marked "AUSTRIA" to reverse, lg. 7 7/8 in.
