Queen Anne Cherry Flat-top High Chest, possibly Connecticut River Valley, mid-18th century, the upper section with molded cornice over carved central drawer flanked by two short drawers, over four graduated, thumb-molded long drawers, lower section of one long drawer over fan-carved central drawer and two adjacent short drawers, with ovolo-shaped apron, carved cabriole legs, scrolled knee returns, and pad feet, (restorations, missing knee return, refinished, replaced brasses), ht. 72, wd. 38 1/4, dp. 18 1/4 in.
