Walker Evans (American, 1903-1975) Clapboard Church. Unsigned. Gelatin silver print, image size 11 5/8 x 10 1/4 in. (29.4 x 26.0 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Unmounted, indentations to sheet at corners outside of the image. Provenance: Through the estate of Matthew Wysocki (1920-1991), artist, photographer, professor and chairman of Dartmouth College's visual studies department (1966-1989), to the present owner by family descent, Connecticut.
