Rembrandt van Rijn (Dutch, 1606-1669) Jan Uytenbogaert, Preacher of the Remonstrants , 1635, final state of six, a posthumous impression (White & Boon/Hollstein, 279). Signed, dated, and identified within the plate. Etching and drypoint on paper, sheet size 9 x 7 3/8 in. (22.8 x 18.6 cm), framed. Condition: Trimmed at or within the plate mark (sheet in the form of an octagon), small tears into image along the right sides, pale toning and foxing, not examined out of frame.
