Mounted Stoneware Funereal Vessel, Korea, Silla, globular form with high neck and wide mouth, the sides slightly widening at the top, resting on a stem foot with seven pierced rectangular shapes, decorated with impressed and raised line bands to shoulder and neck and scratched comb patterns to bottom half, on an undulating body, uneven natural ash glazes overall in tones of gray to dark brown, some areas highly glossy, ht. 12 5/8 in.
